ELEARNINGFORCE International
Lars Thejl is Business Manager for the European Market; he is responsible for all revenue generation, market share and Partner recruitment and management in Europe.  Lars joined ELEARNINGFORCE in April 2011.  He brings to his position over 20 years of technology, information and general management experience to his role.

Background
Previous to this role Lars has held management position with a number of companies within Information Services and Information Management. Most importantly at The Dialog Corporation now known as Dialog and M.A.I.D (Market Intelligence and Information Database)

Lars’s background includes roles in enterprise sales, project management, business strategy development and general management of Partners worldwide. 

Other industry experience includes – Audio Industry, established smaller production company back in 2004, and worked with setting up distribution in all of Europe with success from 2004 until 2008 where the company was sold to a Partner.

From 2009 until joining ELEARNINGFORCE International Lars was tasked with building worldwide distribution through Partner channels for a smaller Danish company with niche products for improving production time and quality in the production process. During the period the Partner Channel was extended to more than 35 countries worldwide.
