Deliver a complete syllabus with course outline, study plan and course materials to your learners.
Syllabus is an outline and summary of topics to be covered in a course. A syllabus usually contains specific information about the course, e.g. information on how, where and when to contact the lecturer and teaching assistants, an outline of what will be covered in the course, a schedule of test dates and due dates for assignments, the grading policy for the course, specific classroom rules etc.
ELEARNINGFORCE now offers a syllabus tool for SharePoint and fully integrated to SharePoint LMS. The syllabus is managed by the Course information Manager (CIM) on the organisation level.
The Course Information Manager is responsible for creating the detailed syllabus for all courses in the organisation. With the syllabus feature you can
- Create syllabuses
- View existing syllabuses
- Add details
- Add weeks (as a study plan)
- Upload content (documents, websites, Wiki pages, Multimedia content etc.)
- Create reading lists
- Target courses
The syllabus can be accessed on course levels from a web part added to the course front page.
