Security
SharePoint e-Portfolio is a password-protected solution. All sensitive data are taken from Microsoft Active Directory. No portfolio or user information is accessible for internal or external search engines.

Web-based
Files in any electronic format (audio, visual, textual, graphical, mathematical) can be uploaded as part of a portfolio.

LMS Integration
SharePoint e-Portfolio is integrated with SharePoint LMS allowing for Single Sign-On. In addition students within SharePoint e-Portfolio are able to select previously uploaded files and grades in the SharePoint LMS system to be included in their electronic portfolio.

Institutionally Branded
SharePoint e-Portfolio can be branded with the institution’s logo and name. Institutional links and web parts can be added where appropriate.
