LMS365 Competency Management
With the newly integrated Competency Management feature you are able to easily create and award competencies to your learners. This can be helpful in finding and closing potential competency gaps within your organization and also ensures you are making the best use of your LMS.

As the Course Administrator you can link competencies to specific courses or training plans and these will be automatically awarded to Learners on completion, you can also award, as well as revoke, competencies manually to individuals, or a selected group of Learners in bulk using the intuitive Learner Administration List. You are also able to search for Courses, Training plans or Learners based on selected competencies making it easy to identify who has what skills and competencies in your organization. If an administrator chooses to award competencies, the Learners can view these in their personal dashboard and transcript, making it possible to keep an eye on the competencies needed to advance their position.

With this release, LMS365 will allow you to connect with other 3rd party tool providers using the LTI standard. This release is limited to consuming content only and does not record any results in the LMS.
