Licensing, Training, and Support

  • How is LMS365 for Office 365® licensed? +

    LMS365 is licensed as a subscription on a ‘Per Seat’ basis, meaning that each user accessing the LMS will require a license. Minimum licenses apply, please see pricing models for further information.
  • What type of pricing models do you offer? +

    We offer different subscription plans each with different features and add-ins included. Please visit our pricing page for the latest subscription plans and their features.
  • Can I pay by credit card? +

    We accept most credit cards and PayPal. A credit card fee may apply..
  • Can the apps be purchased separately? +

    Yes, you can purchase each of the add-ins separately, however when purchased as part of our packages you will receive substantial discounts. Please request special quote.
  • Do you offer an unlimited license? +

    No, we do not offer unlimited licenses. However we offer volume discounts.
  • Do you offer special prices for Education, NFP's or public authority clients? +

    We offer substantial discounts for officially recognised Educational establishments as well as charities and other not for profit organisations.
  • Do you offer product training? +

    Yes, we are able to offer you product training tailored to your needs. In general the training will be delivered remotely by one of our trainers using screen sharing software such as Skype for Business or GoToMeeting.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? +

    Subscriptions must be canceled in writing no later than 60 days prior to renewal.
  • I have lost my license keys? +

    We can resend your license keys, just send us an email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your organisation name.
  • Can you assist with the installation and setup? +

    Yes we can, we offer a Remote Installation Service where one of our consultants will connect with you remotely using screen sharing software such as Skype for Business or GoToMeeting. Our partner network also supports installation and setup services.
  • What is included in you Remote Installation Service? +

    Our remote installation service covers: A meeting prior to the installation with one of our consultants to discuss your organisations requirements and provide feedback and agree on what the most suitable setup would be for your organisation. The installation of all your LMS365 Add-ins. Creation of sample course to verify the installation was successful.
  • What can I expect from your remote training? +

    The remote training is done by one of our trainers on your own Office 365 Tenant, the training will cover all the add-ins you have purchased and will guide you on how to be able to create courses, enrol learners, create reports and see the course analytics.
  • Can I use LMS365 with a custom designed SharePoint Look & Feel? +

    Yes, LMS365 will work with customised branded SharePoint Sites provided that the designers have followed Microsoft guidelines on how to brand your SharePoint Sites.
  • Do you offer custom branding? +

    Yes, we have Partnered with BindTuning who are experts in the field of branding SharePoint. If you have seen demonstrations of our Virtual Academy you will have seen the LMS with a BindTuning Theme. You can view the themes that are available at http://theme.lms365.com and customise these to your requirements.
  • How do I purchase a Theme? +
