On a few occasions where we had to deal with ELEARNINGFORCE support we found them extremely capable and efficient. Moving from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 and LMS 3.x to 4.0 one inevitably finds issues either with the platform, LMS or content. Every time they have gone the extra mile testing for example testing content created by third party software. I have a great deal of confidence in the ELEARNINGFORCE support team. They are brilliant!
